With an external vantage point, we help organizations align vision with execution

Meet Nieema

I help organizations turn strategy into execution through people-powered solutions. As founder of Periphery, I bring more than a decade of experience leading People & Culture strategy across SaaS, fintech, and global financial services, from early-stage startups to private equity-backed and enterprise-scale firms. I have a deep understanding of how to deliver impact at every stage of growth.

I don’t deliver administrative HR; I design innovative, right-sized practices that mitigate risk, reinvent processes, and establish emerging best practices that elevate both business performance and employee experience. My track record includes scaling organizations from 50 to 5,000 employees, transforming culture, embedding data-driven practices and active feedback loops, coaching leadership at all levels, and building programs and infrastructure that sustain growth.

I position myself as a true business partner, ensuring strategies address not just the big picture but the entire picture. I align people strategy with corporate objectives and roll up my sleeves to execute when needed. At Periphery, this means creating clarity, elevating performance, and delivering people-powered solutions that move organizations forward.
